:bulletblue:Members: 1 deviation per week (accepted by VOTE).

Is it even possible to submit photo into this group? I got "declined" or "expired" all the time, and I don't think all my photos are such a bad ones to deserve it.

It's possible. Sometimes the members who can vote get too busy and forget to check for photos. (I know I do) Keep trying, you have some nice pictures. :D

"Photo's should not have watermark. Signature in the corner is accepted" - now why is that?

I think it's because a lot of people find a giant watermark detracts from the image. The worst offender would be the default DA watermark. I don't even favorite images with that in the middle.

...but that's just me.
